  • We currently ship to Lahore and other regions within Pakistan.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply.

Return Policy

Goodwill Exchange Policy:

  • Naturalispro offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy.
  • To be eligible for an exchange:
    • The item must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • The seal of each product must be intact.
    • The packaging of the product must not be tampered with.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@naturalispro.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with Exchange Authorization (EA) instructions and address details.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the item to the address provided in the EA instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are not available under our goodwill exchange policy. Exchanges are offered instead of refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@naturalispro.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria for return (e.g., opened or used products) are not eligible for exchange.
