Goodwill Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The seal of each product must be intact.
- The packaging of the product must not be tampered with.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@naturalispro.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with Exchange Authorization (EA) instructions and address details.
- Return the Product: Follow the provided instructions to return the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Refunds
- Refunds are not available under our goodwill exchange policy. Exchanges are offered in place of refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
